Ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

- Ability to apply negotiation skills to a variety of sales situations
- The ability to follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships and close sale
- Has a professional attitude and appearance
- Able to hire and manage a team of 3-5 sales personnel.
- Extensive sales history with verifiable track record
- Have valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Has leadership, team building skills and works well with others.
- Goal Oriented-Focused
- College degree preferred but not required
- Construction sales experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
