Job Description
Beeson Construction, Inc., a growing south side residential contractor specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, painting and windows, is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated individual to fill the position of Residential Outside Sales and Account Manager.
Sales area includes Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We need a dedicated professional with the experience and know-how to get the job done correctly. We have an A+ rating with the BBB with ZERO complaints in 20 years.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Entrepreneurial mindset towards earning sales and sharing in the growth of the company.
- Customer service commitment to developing long-term relationships.
- Convert leads into new sales.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by pro-actively prospecting for new customers and customer contacts.
- Collaborate with overall company development objectives.
- Complete administrative responsibilities for completing detailed call reports and weekly productivity reports
Job Requirements:
- Strong, consistent, proven sales background
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- 1-2 years related sales experience in roofing, windows, gutters, and siding
- Outgoing/energetic/self-motivated/confident
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Willingness to learn and grow with company and industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Professional appearance.
